Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruiting and building high performing distribution network of Part Time employees who will be called As Financial Consultants.

2. Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them.

3. Ensuring quality of business and persistency

4. Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.

5. Providing pre and post sales services support

6. Making the FCs & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them to drive revenue growth.
  
• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on agency channel development.
