Job Description:

1. Project Funnel Management: Accountability for the entire funnel from lead generation to order procurement. Systematically organizing and tracking potential projects at various stages of sales process. This includes lead generations, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
2. Sales Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into actual business, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process.
3. Influencer Relationship Building: Cultivating strong engagements with Architects and Interior Designers to position various categories and to offer them a one stop solution. Understand preferences, requirements and expectation of end consumers (high value clients ).
4. Strategic Partnership: Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with key influencers in the architectural and design community
5. Market Expansion: Developing and executing plans to expand the company's presence within the architectural and design community in the assigned region
6. Market Analysis: Assessing market trends, identifying potential clients, and understanding the needs of architects and interior designers.
7. Feedback Loop: Gathering feedback from architects and interior designers to inform product enhancements and improvements
8. Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with architects and interior designers.

Qualification and skills:

1. Proven experience in business development or Sales. Strong understanding of sales Cycles, relationship building and negotiation processes. Experience from Premium selling / luxury market will be preferred
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
4. Result oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.
6. Minimum Experience of 8- 10 years in related industries / selling luxury products.
