Business Development Executive - Winit

WINIT is looking for a Business Development Executive for Inside sales role.

• Developing and managing own portfolio of clients
• This is an inside sales job, you should be comfortable with cold calling.
• Be Self-motivated, career driven and motivated by a performance-based KPI.

Responsibilities:

• Market research, Lead generation and data capture
• Cold Calling and Prospecting over the phone - You must be comfortable making calls to senior decision makers across industries to be successful in this role.
• Target driven B2B Quality Lead Generation through Cold Calling, E-mails and various lead generation tools.
• Good Knowledge of lead generation via LinkedIn and other social media is a must.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Be able to understand various software practices, functions and identify their business needs & challenge by presenting WINIT product's its functions & features to the customer
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask is essential.
