Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable website development and digital solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our web solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, website sales, or digital marketing sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Knowledge of website development, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and SEO is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
