Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company revenue growth. The role involves researching market trends, developing sales strategies, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to expand the companys customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research.
Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and online research.
Analyze market trends and competitors to develop growth strategies.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement business development plans to increase revenue.
Identify new markets and business expansion opportunities.
