Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate new business opportunities.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design) to provide solutions that meet client needs.
  
• Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients to secure deals.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM).
  
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
  
• Excellent presentation skills for delivering compelling pitches to clients; strong negotiation skills for closing deals.
  
• Minimum 9 months of experience in B2B sales or business development in the industrial automation sector.
