Job Description: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst (BA) in our IT company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business goals and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into actionable insights and technical specifications.

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in documenting business requirements and creating business process models
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Produce high quality documentation comms plan, PPT’s, workflows, BRD, FSD/FRD, Knowledge visual diagrams, Base articles, training materials etc
• Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• A strong technical background or experience would be advantageous
• Experience in AI projects will be added advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Graduation degree is a must
• Experience: 5 to 7 years
• Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
