Job Description
- Gather and compile data from various sources, CRM systems to analyze the data.
- Perform Detailed analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas of improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics like revenue margins, discounts etc.
- Develop sales Forecast trends
- Support Sales team in setting realistic targets and goals
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Monitor Sales KPI s and benchmarks.
- Offer support in strategy development and decision making based on performance data.
- Create interactive dashboards and Viz using Tableau or Power BI.
- Helping with MBR s and QBR s presentation
- Ability to spot patterns and anomalies in sales data.
- Problem solving skills to offer solutions to address challenges in sales processes.
- Strong working knowledge of master and transactional data - Customers, accounts, partners, products, installed base, opportunities, quoting, orders, service contracts.
- Experience with complex data analysis and tools
- Must be Expert in data interpretation, manipulation and visualization.
- Strong organizational and program management skills, react to changing priorities
- Able to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team within and outside CS
- 7+ years of business experience preferably within a CS environment with Services and Install base, contracts, and renewal business processes.
- Hands on experience with CRM applications such as SFDC, SAP, Excel
