Position: Business Analyst – Life Insurance
Experience: 5 – 9 Yrs
Location: Mumbai

Work with the relevant Teams to ensure that the end to end high level solutions adhere to the company's \ Client’s overall direction and architecture. Obtain the signoff from the Business Partner on the high-level solution.
Lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives.
Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible and verifiable and that they conform to set standards.
Work with users to ensure completeness of User Requirements Work with the Project Manager/Sponsor/users to ensure completeness of the project’s business requirement
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements/specifications.
Walkthrough the FSD to ensure users are clear on deliverables and the Testing Team are aware of the scope of deliveries for the preparation of Test Design Documents.
Actively monitors and follow-up to ensure Project/Initiative is completed on schedule
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Strong hand on experience in life insurance workflows.
