SAP Basis Consultant - Implementation & Support (8-13 yrs)

Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, support, and optimization with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP BSASI (Business Suite on HANA) and SAP S/4HANA.

- SAP Modules : Extensive experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or other relevant modules in the context of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite on HANA.

- HANA Platform : Solid understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques.

- S/4HANA Migration : Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and knowledge of tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SUM (Software Update Manager), and SAP R3 to S/4HANA transition.

- SAP Solution Manager : Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for managing lifecycle operations, system monitoring, and application lifecycle management in SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Technical Expertise : Experience with ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Gateway is a plus for custom development and integration tasks.

- Project Methodologies : Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
