- Mandatory Skills : .NET, .NETCORE, C#, ASP.NET, MVC,WPF,WCF, Angular/React, Azure Devops & Active Directory(mandatory)

TechM Is Looking for Tech Lead typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include :

- 8+ years experience in multiple hands-on software/technology leadership roles, with end-to-end responsibility through the software development lifecycle

- Experience building services from the ground up from gathering design requirements and building to deployment and ownership.

- Good knowledge of Front-end tech stack like Angular/React JS.

- Ability to craft REST APIs, coupled with a passion for writing clean code.

- Very good knowledge on databases

- Sound knowledge on containerization

- Knowledge on OCP / ARO / AKS / EKS is added advantage.

- Knowledge on Devops/ Devsecops is must.

- Passion for software engineering and getting stuff done using pragmatic approaches to iterate towards solutions for hard problems.

- Should have worked extensively on Azure ecosystem.

- Solid understanding of application performance and crafting low latency, high-speed http applications.

- Provide strong technical foresight and mentoring to the team.

- Working well in a team, comfortable with code reviews, and collaborating effectively on ideas and designs

- Extraordinary communication skills.

- Comfortable working with almost zero guidance, taking extreme ownership and creating win-win situations with your creative solutions.

- Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, goals and technical requirements.

- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
