Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled .NET Tech Lead to oversee the end-to-end development of advanced web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in .NET Core and C#, with comprehensive knowledge of Entity Framework for ORM, ASP.NET Core for backend API services, and ReactJS for front-end development. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives through modern development best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Development and Architecture : Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.

- Frontend Development : Oversee ReactJS implementation, focusing on modern UI/UX principles to create responsive, intuitive interfaces.

- Database Management : Manage database schemas and integrations using Entity Framework for seamless and efficient data access.

- API and Integration : Design RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth integration with microservices, third-party applications, and databases.

- CI/CD and Deployment : Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate testing and deployment, and monitor production environments.

- Cloud Services : Utilize cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for scalable solutions and storage, incorporating best practices for cloud security and cost efficiency.

- Project and Team Management : Oversee a team of developers, handle project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery aligned with client requirements.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure high code quality, perform code reviews, and implement automated testing frameworks to maintain application reliability.

Required Skills :

- .NET Core and ASP.NET Core for web and backend development

- Entity Framework for ORM and data management

- ReactJS for frontend development

- C# proficiency, especially in a microservices and cloud environment

- RESTful API Design and API Integration

- CI/CD Pipeline Setup and maintenance (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)

- Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for application deployment and management

- Database Technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

- Leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing development teams and project timelines

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
