Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of QHSE services (including employee Monitoring and Training, Customer Feedback and Complaints, manpower competency, QHSE awareness, Corrective / Preventive action, QHSE Reports, Procedures, Processes, Review Meetings, Audits, etc)
• Responsible for developing and implementing QHSE improvement activities
• Responsible for fulfilling documentation and reporting requirements of the QHSE Management System
• Responsible for Managing license to operate (LTO - in relationship with Technical)
• Lead and animate the HSSE network in the CIF division, SAR;
• Follow-up and report HSSE KPIs to management;
• Identification of high risk activities and ensure that processes are in place to protect employees;
• Identify and disseminate best practices within the CIF division;
• Introduction of incident risk management tools & techniques;
• Advise the CIF division senior management team for compliance to respective HSE regulatory requirements;
• Track and report HSSE performance to Corporate/Division/Zone HSSE Management.
• Responsible for advising management on strategic issues related to HSSE and support to management to improve HSSE
• Serve as HSSE Personnel and therefore be responsible for the implementation & maintenance of Group HSE management system (complying ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001 standards) / local SOPs / Control Procedures at their respective areas / locations
• Facilitate and guide the Local Managements for implementing HSE management system at their respective areas.
• Be responsible to report all HSSE related information to CIF HSSE SAR and act as per the guidance given by CIF HSSE SAR.
• Be responsible to monitor the HSSE system implementation in terms of HSSE inspection or internal audit at their respective areas / locations.
• Organize and manage different HSSE programs as directed by CIF HSSE SAR
• Ensuring safe work place and identify risk and implement necessary control measures to eliminate/mitigate them so that people and environment are safe within the region.
• Communicating/consulting and involving participation from all staff of the location to identify and control of hazards/ significant environmental impact , legal and other requirement and necessary local HSSE objectives KPIs and targets.
• Follow-up and report HSSE KPIs to local / area management

Preferred candidate profile

• Overall responsible for Operation Safety at Project sites
• Plans, communicates and make site visit to review safe practices, work environment, identifies gaps , sets and implements corrective actions.
