Key Responsibilities - Logistics Inward Executive

1. Inbound Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely receipt of goods.
• Track and monitor shipments to guarantee on-time delivery with complete documentation.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Handling vendor payments and inventory reconciliation

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and packing lists.
• Verify HS codes, import duties, and customs clearance documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and government regulations regarding inbound logistics.

3. Quality Inspection & Inventory Management

• Conduct quality checks upon receipt and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials within the warehouse.
• Update inventory management systems to reflect inward stock accurately.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to optimize inward logistics operations.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve any issues efficiently.

5. Technology & Skills

• SAP - Inventory, and logistics operations.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) Data analysis, reporting, and stock tracking.
• Automation Tools Enhancing efficiency by reducing manual work and operational costs.
