Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

Department: Sales/Marketing
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract potential clients for insurance and mutual funds through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling consultations with sales representatives to facilitate the sales process.
3. CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting of client interactions and sales progress.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client acquisition.
5. Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, to assess performance and optimize strategies.
