Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive bookings.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with travel agencies, OTAs, and corporate clients.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and networking activities to promote the resort.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and offers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and guest preferences to develop sales plans.
• Handle corporate event inquiries, group bookings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) opportunities.
• Monitor and track sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidates with Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or marketing in the hospitality industry, preferably handling travel agents and corporate clients.

Perks and benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
• Incentives: Performance-based commissions on achieving targets
