Job Description:
Venzo Technologies is looking for business development associate with 2 to 5 years of experience. Candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of our branding, website development services, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Opportunities: The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Also attend networking events to promote the brand and lead sourcing.
2. Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing strategies.
3. Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and position the company's IT solutions effectively.
4. Proposal Development: Collaborating with the design and development team to create proposals and presentations that showcase the company's services and portfolio in a compelling manner.
5. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients to meet revenue targets and achieve sales goals.
6. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market.
7. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve long-term objectives.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
9. Customer Relationship Management: Managing relationships with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and secure repeat business.
10. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators, preparing regular reports on sales activities, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's / masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales with any website development agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of educational technology and online learning trends.
