Housekeeping Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality and hygiene.
• Train housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, safety, and guest service etiquette.
• Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff based on occupancy and operational needs.
• Ensure timely replenishment of housekeeping supplies and linen inventory management.
• Handle guest requests for housekeeping services and respond to complaints professionally.
• Maintain records of room status, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items.
• Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and health regulations in housekeeping operations.
• Monitor laundry operations and linen usage to optimize efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidates with Minimum 2 years in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hotel or resort
