Education Requirement: MBA in Marketing or Finance. Relevant professional certifications in CFA, CFP, CAIA

Experience:5 to 8 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Mutual funds

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones. Identify and target potential clients, including financial advisors, distributors, and institutional investors and increase assets under management (AUM) for our mutual fund product.

2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, institutional clients, and industry partners.

3. Sales and Marketing: Create marketing materials, including product sheets, fact sheets, presentations, and website content Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and investment teams to ensure aligned messaging and positioning.

4.Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up to date with mutual fund products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on mutual fund products and investment strategies.

5.Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies

Core Competencies:

-Experience with data analytics and marketing automation platforms

-Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field
