• Daily query resolution and closing the query by coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Relation building with members. Taking feedback on regular basis
• New developments and process improvisation feedback to be maintained
• Conducting and supporting online demo with external and Internal stakeholders.
• Managing data and updating member data .
• Member meet on regular basis.
