- You shall be responsible for:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Lead the formulation and execution of GTM sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure consistent growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead in the premium product segment.
- Prepare Quarterly/Monthly Sales Targets for each Brand on the Brring platform
Sales Operations & Team Management:
- Listing Brring's portfolio of Brands across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and e-Comm/Q-Comm (Online) stores.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and incentives for the sales team with a keen focus on sales review on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure efficiency of salesmen driving the secondary business.
- Develop and maintain strong retailer / sub-distributor / channel partner relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive retail execution excellence, including visual merchandising, product availability, and pricing strategies in key retail outlets.
- Develop a performance-driven culture by fostering accountability, reward programs, and continuous coaching.
Key Account Management:
- Stay updated and maintain accurate records of client interaction
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize future growth possibilities.
- Implement strategies to minimize over-stocking while preventing stock outs across all warehouses.
- Regular coordination with the CFT team, i.e. Commercial, Logistics, Marketing, Branding to align them on the market issues and seek solutions to improve the operations.
Collaborative Tasks:
- Collaborate with Brand marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns across the region.
- Achieving sales targets and ensuring timely Invoicing, and payments from customers in compliance with financial guidelines.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage the back end team to ensure seamless supply execution for entire International business + internal compliance
- KPIs: Revenues Achievement, Bottomline achievement, Beat Efficiency, Salesman Efficiency, New Territory Development, Supply Chain efficiency.
You have:
- B. Tech / MBA / Professional Degree from Grade A+/A institution.
- 10+ years of relevant sales and management experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on Offline retail (MT & GT).
- Expertise in premium product sales and distribution with a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of distributors, channel management, and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with target stores and an ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A keen sense of ownership, drive, high in energy, motivated, enthusiastic, relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Fluent in speaking local languages Marathi/Gujarati/Hindi
- Experience building a vertical/new business is a plus.
