We are looking for a Senior Workday Systems Analyst who can maintain the Workday HCM along Absence, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Help modules. Along with maintenance, this roles key aspect would be to triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, integration warnings/errors, etc.
This role would require you to support the people team projects/integrations through solution design, testing, data loads and more. Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participate in training activities for members of the People department and end-users.
This requires you to maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices. Monitor the efficacy and adoption of solutions, identifying problems ahead of stakeholders and surfacing opportunities to enhance or scale solutions to better support business needs.
Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to practice with. Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Successful Workday Module Implementation using Workday s Implementation Methodology
Creating & Implementing a Change Management Plan
Expanding System Capabilities
Creating knowledge articles and Job aids for end users
Prepare for and support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes (performance, compensation, etc.)
Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules
Build custom reports for the People function and end-users
Technical Experience:
Workday Studio - Must have strong STUDIO integration experience and should be able to design, develop and test complex studio integrations independently.
Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT, and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
Java
Should have very good experience with Cloud Connectors, CCW, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), Document Transformations (DT), Report Writer and BIRT
Should have hands-on experience on PECI/PICOF (Integration types for Payroll)
Should know Business Process Configuration, Security, and setting up Integration System User (ISU) Accounts.
Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML)
