Job Summary:

Brontobyte Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior SAP IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top SAP talent for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and IT recruitment, with experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for SAP roles across multiple domains and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the best candidate experience.
• SAP Talent Acquisition Identify and recruit SAP consultants, including SAP Functional, Technical, Basis, and ISU professionals.
• Sourcing Strategies Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, and networking to attract top SAP talent.
• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Screening & Shortlisting Conduct initial screening, technical evaluation, and behavioral assessments of candidates.
• Offer Negotiation & Closing – Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Database & ATS Management – Maintain an updated pipeline of potential candidates using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Market Research – Stay updated on SAP hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on SAP hiring.
• Skills:
• Proven expertise in SAP module recruitment (ECC, S/4HANA, ISU, FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of visa processes, contract hiring, and international SAP recruitment is a plus.
