Position: SAP Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad, with frequent travel required to the Middle East and PAN India
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP sales
Availability: Candidate must be able to join within one month
Salary: Combination of fixed salary, target-based incentives, and bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand SAP solutions within India, Middle East and US markets
• Leverage AI-powered sales tools and platforms for lead generation, qualification, and conversion optimization
• Utilize AI analytics to identify high-potential prospects and optimize sales targeting strategies
• Implement and manage AI-driven CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management and sales forecasting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials
• Use AI-powered market intelligence tools to stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of SAP solutions and services
• Generate data-driven sales forecasts and performance metrics using AI analytics tools
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using AI-enhanced CRM and sales automation tools
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, including training on AI-powered sales tools
• Design and implement AI-driven sales automation workflows to increase team efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of proven experience in SAP sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
• Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions and services, particularly in ERP, CRM, and cloud computing
• Demonstrated experience in selling SAP solutions to clients globally
• Proficiency in using AI-powered sales tools and platforms such as:
• Lead generation and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
• Sales intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong.io, Chorus.ai)
• AI-powered CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Marketing automation platforms
• Experience with implementing and managing AI-driven sales processes and workflows
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret AI-generated sales insights
• Demonstrated success in using AI tools for lead scoring and qualification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales objectives
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new AI-powered sales tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with predictive sales analytics and AI-based forecasting
• Certification in AI-powered sales tools or related technologies
• Track record of successfully implementing AI-driven sales strategies
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI usage in sales
