Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with comprehensive expertise in SAP S/4 HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO modules, with a proven track record in successful migrations from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA. This role demands exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills to manage complex business environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full-cycle implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules within an S/4 HANA environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with SAP FICO and S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage and execute end-to-end migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, particularly on RISE with SAP.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, integration, and data validation to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
• Provide post-implementation support, including end-user training and issue resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
• Drive process improvements and optimizations in financial and controlling processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with at least 3-4 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations.
• Proven expertise in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects, specifically on RISE with SAP.
• SAP S/4 HANA certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP FICO processes.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in large-scale global SAP implementation projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Exposure to multinational and cross-functional teams.
