IBM BPM and ODM Developer

1. Role Objective

2. Design & Develop highly visual, interactive, and layered Business Intelligence solutions using Business Objects (Lumira, Explorer, Information Design Tool (IDT), Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports , Analysis for OLAP and Dashboards)

3. Responsible for the design, development, documentation and quality assurance of enterprise-wide visualizations. Responsible for the education of users on available visualizations (chart types)

4. Responsible for gathering business requirements from cross-functional teams, creating reports and dashboards utilizing underlying data stores, data warehouses and data marts. Work directly with business units to define requirements and support various business initiatives and projects as it relates to dashboards and visualizations

5. Provide support/training and expertise to the business community to assist with better utilization of Business

6. Design test plans, including definition of test cases and the creation of detailed solution test scripts. Work with other teams and vendors to explore methods for automation of testing.

7. Assist in the development of HANA models

8. Develop and help drive implementation standards and guidelines.

9. Perform analysis and design; write technical specifications; configuration and programming.

10. Work with Application Systems admin to help define security requirements required for visualizations

11. Interface with Data Warehouse and Architectural staff to provide data requirements to support ongoing BI initiative. Define and document processes, best practices, and strategies for existing and future BI solutions

12. Perform other job related functions as assigned.

The ideal Enterprise Architect possesses vast experience in a professional services and solution selling environment and has a background that illustrates extensive capabilities in Enterprise Architecture inclusive of Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture and Technology Management

1. Configure and administrate IBM Cloud Pak for Automation products: IBM Business Process Management, IBM Business Automation Workflow, IBM Automation Decision Services and IBM Operational Decision Manager
2. Develop workflows based on IBM Business Automation Workflow
3. Deploy and configure server and database for Decision Center and Rule Execution Server
4. Be able to define and configure the service workflow-based IBM Workflow Process Service

5. Manage user access to Decision Center and Rule Execution Server.

6. Ensure that the business object model and rules are defined consistently for all phases of the project.

7. Ensure that rules can be shared across platforms.

8. Configure trace data sources for testing purposes.

9. Deploy applications.

10. Redeploy rulesets and event assets as changes are made.

11. Generate detailed execution reports.

12. Trak and monitor rule execution.

• Demonstrable Service Oriented Architecture and Design experience
• Excellent verbal, written, listening skills
• Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.

Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines.
