Sr . Java Developer

• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology
• Play a crucial role in designing complex solutions that address an organization s specific business problems and technical challenges
• Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand business requirements and challenges.

• Design end-to-end solutions that address complex business problems and technical challenges.

• Develop detailed system architecture and design specifications that consider scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to be used in solution development.

• Create and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation that outline the system s structure, components, and interfaces.

• Work with development and engineering teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the design.

• Provide guidance, support, and oversight throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.

• Conduct system and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the project.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend their adoption when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A Master s degree may be preferred.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and solution development.

• Knowledge of multiple technology stacks, platforms, and frameworks.

• Proficiency in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Any relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
