Solution Architect

• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology
• Play a crucial role in designing complex solutions that address an organization s specific business problems and technical challenges
• Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers / scrum masters to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using the relevant tools used such as Azure (Scrum Planning for software development and delivery) and Harvest (Time Tracking and Invoicing), MS Office applications (Google Sheets, PPTs)

• Collaborate with the Project Team to submit Estimations for new requirements / CRs

• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks w.r.t budget, schedules, team.

• Drive successful, on-time project delivery through direct engagement with all team members

• Maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change requests.

Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to internal and customer stakeholders.

• Track team s hours claimed, overall progress against the budget and schedule, amd raise change requests for approval

Resource Management:

• Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure project teams have the necessary resources to meet project goals.

• Track resource utilization and provide recommendations for optimizing resource allocation.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices.

• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Risk Management:

• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

• Monitor and communicate potential risks to project stakeholders.

Skateholder Communication:

• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles and Agile software development and delivery (as Scrum Master)

• Proficiency in project management software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
