Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Brilyant IT Solutions. The specialist will be responsible for HR operations, employee relations, HR management, and implementing HR policies on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:
HR Operations and HR Management skills
Experience in Employee Relations
Understanding of HR Policies & onboarding profiles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Min 2 -4 years of experience in HR Ops role.
