Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

Roles and Responsibilities for GSA / Sr. GSA - Housekeeping:

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
• Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar.
• Responsible for general cleaning to ensure zones including floors or windows are spotless and presentable to visitors, employees, or residents.
• Responsible for tracking and updating an inventory of cleaning supplies and paper goods and ordering and replenishing them when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have worked in Hotel / Restaurants

Any Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any Graduate with relevant experience.
