Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave administration, payroll processing, PF, ESIC for employees.
  
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits and compensation.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
