- Innovation & Market Positioning: Identify new business opportunities, digital transformation initiatives, and market expansion strategies to regain competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Culture: Inspire and develop a world-class leadership team, fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation.
Candidate Profile
- Proven Leadership in Business Turnaround: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation within complex, multi-sector organizations.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial restructuring, cost optimization, and revenue diversification.
- Operational & Strategic Vision: Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with immediate operational priorities.
- Influential Leadership: A dynamic, hands-on leader capable of rallying teams and driving organizational change.
- Industry Expertise: 22+ years of experience in Consumer industry is mandatory
- Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments with the ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions.
