Job Description:

- The role involves overseeing sales and distribution operations in the region to meet revenue targets, driving both direct and indirect market coverage, and executing strategic priorities.

- The candidate will lead teams, foster growth, and build capabilities, while maintaining strong Route to Market (RTM) and customer relationships.

- Create a strong distribution network in the given geographical area by identifying key partners leveraging existing contacts.

- Meeting with clients to negotiate and lock new business, including retail, distribution, and importation verticals.

- Develop, manage, and enhance point of sale materials, solutions, and programs to maximize sell through while optimizing cost.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and partners to enhance product distribution and visibility in the FMCG market.

- Preferred candidates will have 10+ years of experience in FMCG, particularly in competitive categories like Food, with a focus on sales strategy and GT, ideally in a similar role.
