Brickwork Ratings (BWR) is one of India s leading credit rating agencies, committed to providing the investment community with products and services needed to make informed investment decisions. Established in 2007, Brickwork Ratings, a SEBI-registered and RBI-accredited credit rating agency, has Canara Bank, a leading public sector bank as its promoter and strategic partner.

BWR is headquartered in Bengaluru and has a pan-India presence. The rating team is headed by the analytical prowess of the industry s most experienced credit analysts and bankers.

BWR offers rating services to Bank Loans, NCD, Commercial papers, Bonds, Mutual Funds, PPMLDs, and Security Receipts. BWR s ratings have rated over 100,000 large Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, State and local Governments, and small businesses. BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications via calls, emails, meetings, etc., addressing concerns on the delivery of services or any other issues. Strive to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client services according to their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain and improve client satisfaction by consistently taking client feedback and a quick resolution of issues, if any. Keep a record of all customer information, requirements, and escalations to meet their needs with a consistent approach.
  • Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to promote the company s image and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage client meetings, events, and presentations to maintain strong business relationships and support business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling services, working closely with sales teams to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Prepare detailed client reports and presentations for senior management and clients, showcasing key metrics and progress. Competency / Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

    Strong client service orientation with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions promptly.

  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to address challenges before they escalate.

  • Experience in corporate communications, including drafting and delivering strategic messaging, press releases, and other communication materials.

  • Expertise in public relations, with a track record of managing and enhancing the company s public image and media presence.

  • A deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet KPIs and targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or management. Master s degree is preferred.
