• To lead a team of senior analysts handling credit analysis in the Infrastructure segment
• Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments
• Overseeing and guiding the team stressing the analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees
• Be hands-on with the financial analysis and ready to take up the role of an analyst when required
• Motivating and encouraging the team to improve upon the quality of analysis and to be up-to-date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions
• Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
• Client interaction and managing good relations

• Analytical expertise in the infrastructure sector including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.
• Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars especially related to the credit rating segment
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency: Strong domain knowledge in credit assessment of financial instruments in the Infrastructure Sector

Candidates having relevant experience in Credit Rating Agencies / Banking / Financial Services Industry will be considered

Masters Degree in Finance from a reputed university with a good academic track record.
