POSITION PURPOSE AND GOALS

Is responsible to guarantee the management of customer logistic operator in order to achieve optimal level of service to customer, i.e schedule adherence and communication with customer on day to day basis.

Authority

1. Authorised to amend the Customer schedules based on Customer demand in AX

2. Authorised to decide mode of shipment in consultation with Cust logistics head in case of urgencies or stocks in transit.


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer schedule given by customers logistic departments.
  • Check macro deviation in schedule and inform promptly to planning and logistic functions
  • Upload customer schedule in the system and ensure a real time update of the portfolio.
  • Maintains logistics relations with the costumers and ensure a proactively communication in case of any schedule changes.
  • Monitoring and publishing Customer MIS.
  • Work in harness with planning dept., FG warehouse and all transportation agencies.
  • Release and Monitor daily the dispatch plan.
  • Responsible for Customer PPM related to logistics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any graduate.
  • Experience: 5 years to 10 years.
  • Skills: Communication Skills.

Timing 7:45am to 4:15pm

Working Days 5.5 Days


Monday to Saturday

Mode of Interview: Virtual Interview.

Location: Pune, Chakan
