Job Description


Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Coordinator Human Resource Management for its OD & HR vertical at Delhi. The person will be closely working with the Deputy Director OD & HR. He/she/they will be responsible to support recruitment, onboarding and other related tasks.
The detailed job role and responsibilities are mentioned below:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in recruitment process including calling candidates on a regular basis, job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters;
  • Coordinate interviews for various positions with the candidate and the interview panel;
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees;
  • Perform reference checks and issue employment contracts etc;
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database;
  • Assist in organising and coordinating training and development programs;
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events;
  • Payroll and incentive management for the face to face fundraising team;
  • Leave and attendance management for face to face fundraising team;
  • Assist with processing of personnel exit;
  • Manage the admin work for the face to face fundraising team;
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures;
  • Support other functions as assigned
Skills, Competencies & Experience Required:
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in any HR role;
  • Qualification Graduation/post-graduation in Human Resources or related field is preferred;
  • Must have decent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English languages;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks by coordinating among different stakeholders and teams;
  • A dedicated individual required with a strong eye to details;
  • Should be familiar with basic computer applications;
  • Strong networking and negotiations skills;
  • Must have knowledge of latest HR practices;
  • Should be adaptable to ongoing changes in the organisation.

We did this by bringing these issues, thus far perceived as private, into mainstream conversations and inspiring people to take action for change. The usage of multimedia, art, and culture helped us connect with large audiences to enable behaviour change in them.
Breakthrough makes gender-based violence unacceptable by transforming the culture that permits violence, particularly violence and discrimination against women and girls. We work with nearly 1.5 million adolescents in schools and communities to mould gender norms and beliefs before they solidify into behaviour.
As we build their capacity by fostering aspiration, leadership, agency and negotiation skills, we enable a generational shift towards a gender-equal culture. When gender norms change, everything for the girl changes. Our work in communities are contributing to the steady rise in the age of marriage and the number of girls who stay in school.
Our mission is led by young people aged 11 to 25. As they rise against gender-based violence, we also support them with media tools that shape public narratives and inspire people to build a world of equality, dignity and justice.
