Job Description
- Plan and execute targeted fundraising and donor recruitment campaigns and events across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and outreach.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Department, detailing performance against fundraising and donor recruitment targets during weekly and monthly reviews.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new partnerships with key individuals, organizations, and networks to expand donor recruitment efforts. Develop and maintain an active pool of DATRI volunteers.
- Develop a sustainable and diverse fundraising portfolio by establishing multiple funding streams, including high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and community-based initiatives. Collaborate with organizations such as TiE, NASSCOM, and others to achieve the set targets.
Fund Raising
- Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with DATRI s organizational goals and mission.
- Plan and execute diverse fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives across online and offline platforms to maximize donor engagement and contributions.
- Effectively manage the fundraising budget, ensuring all activities are cost-efficient and stay within allocated financial resources.
Counselling and Managing Collections
- Engage and persuade registered matched donors and their key influencers to proceed with blood stem cell donation, providing necessary information and support throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely closure of donor cases and accurately update the status in DATRI s software system.
- Ensure the effective counseling and closure of assigned donors, leading to successful stem cell collections.
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with apheresis center doctors and staff to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Ensure the collection process is smoothly managed with the responsibility and monitor all processes until safe delivery of the product to TC.
- Ensure all one-month post-donor collection CBC is done.
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory in English & Marati
- Requires travel
