Job Description

Support in recruitment process including calling candidates on a regular basis, job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters;.
Coordinate interviews for various positions with the candidate and the interview panel;.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees;.
Perform reference checks and issue employment contracts etc;.
Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database;.
Assist in organising and coordinating training and development programs;.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events;.
Payroll and incentive management for the face to face fundraising team;.
Leave and attendance management for face to face fundraising team;.
Assist with processing of personnel exit;.

Skills, Competencies Experience Required:.
3 to 5 years of work experience in any HR role;.
Qualification Graduation/post-graduation in Human Resources or related field is preferred;.

Ability to manage multiple tasks by coordinating among different stakeholders and teams;.
A dedicated individual required with a strong eye to details;.
