Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities  

• Campaign execution Support: Planning, Creation, and Execution of marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and SMS platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for messaging campaigns, including promotional messages, newsletters, and updates.
• Audience Segmentation: Help segment contact lists based on customer behaviour, demographics, and preferences to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Customer Support Coordination: Work with the customer support team to manage responses and inquiries generated through messaging campaigns.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing.

Required Skill   

• Basic understanding of  marketing principles and messaging platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to craft concise and engaging messages.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms  and SMS marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience : Minimum 1 years in Marketing

Qualification : Graduation in Relevant Study
