Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer - Dealers And Distribution

As a Sales Officer - Dealers and Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business through managing exclusive stores and sales counter operations. Your responsibilities will involve appointing new distributors, meeting franchisees, executing marketing activities, analyzing sales data, and ensuring excellent execution of promotion and product launch plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Appointing new distributors and expanding the market in the allocated territory.
   
2. Regular visits to meet franchisees and dealers to address concerns related to products, customers, or sales staff.
   
3. Conducting market mapping to implement marketing activities across all channels.
   
4. Reviewing dealer/distribution sales against monthly targets.
   
5. Developing promotion and product launch plans and ensuring their successful execution.
   
6. Preparing sales analysis and market analysis reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
   
   
   
   Requirements

   We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in dealer-distribution and retail sales management, preferably in the luggage division. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of managing multiple sales doors operations, strong experience in using advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and must hold a graduate degree.
