The purpose of this role is to oversee the overall brand strategy and communication efforts The role involves leading the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and external/internal communication initiatives An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements

Experience in brand management, marketing, or communications roles Experience in creating, positioning, and maintaining brand identity. Roles and Responsibilities: The Brand and Communications Lead is accountable for ensuring the company's brand is well-defined, consistently communicated, and well-received by both internal and external stakeholders. They are responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and results of the brand and communication initiatives, driving the company's reputation, engagement, and market growth. Key accountabilities include:Developing and maintaining a strong, clear brand strategy:This includes ensuring that the brand is positioned effectively in the market to resonate with the target audience Driving brand consistency across all platforms:Ensuring that the brand identity, voice, and messaging remain cohesive across all channels and touchpoints Creating and executing communication strategies:This includes both external (media, public relations, advertising) and internal (employee engagement, internal newsletters) communication plans. Overseeing the creation of brand content:Ensuring that all contentâ"”whether digital, print, or social mediaâ"”accurately represents the brand and supports business objectives Managing internal communication:Ensuring employees understand and engage with the brand vision, mission, and objectives, fostering a strong internal culture. Developing and executing the digital and social media strategy:Overseeing social media campaigns, website content, and online community management to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Tracking brand health and performance:Regularly monitoring metrics such as brand awareness, sentiment, and customer perception to assess how the brand is performing in the market. Adjusting strategies based on data:Continuously improving communication strategies and brand positioning based on feedback, analytics, and market conditions Leading and mentoring the communications team:Ensuring that team members have the resources, skills, and guidance to execute their tasks effectively. Accountable for fostering cross-department collaboration:Ensuring alignment across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, HR) to ensure brand messaging is consistent and integrated. Managing the brand and communication budget:Ensuring efficient use of resources while executing brand and communication initiatives. Vendor and agency management:Overseeing relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring they deliver quality services on time and within budget.
