Branch Manager - Tele Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee and develop a team comprising over 20 executives and 3-4 team leads.
• Revenue Ownership: Directly manage revenue for assigned customers, focusing on maximizing renewals and upsells.
• Client Consultation: Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through personalized solutions and effective issue resolution.
• Process Improvement: Gather and analyze process and product feedback to enhance client experiences.
• Service Demonstrations: Lead quality service demonstrations via video meetings.
• Training and Audits: Conduct regular team training sessions and audits to maintain service quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/ MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil is essential.
• Ability to multitask and make effective decisions.
