Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient gold loan processing, insurance sales, debenture issuance, and customer service.
  
• Oversee daily activities of the branch team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and relationship building with customers.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining a strong control environment.
  
• Foster a culture of excellence by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years' experience in Branch Management or related field (Gold Loan/Insurance).
  
• Strong understanding of branch operations, including gold loan processing, insurance sales, debenture issuance, etc.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Must have Gold Loan experience and be from the local area
