Shift Time : 12 -9 pm IST

Location - Ahmedabad/Mumbai -Work from Office

What you will do in this role:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the companys overall objectives. Focus on optimizing the customer journey and lifecycle through various marketing channels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of growth marketers. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO, content marketing).
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of growth initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers. Utilize various channels and tactics, including paid media, organic growth strategies, partnerships, and more.
• Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to develop retention strategies, reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
• Work closely with other departments such as product, sales, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies. Implement best practices and innovative tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics, campaign performance, and growth initiatives.
• Experience in managing ecommerce marketing. Required hands-on experience on ecommerce CMS platforms like Magento, Shopify, WordPress, etc.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in SEO,SEM,Email Marketing,Content Marketing or Social Media
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on results.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
