Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Strategic Partnership Development
    Identify and establish partnerships with leading eCommerce platforms, technology providers, and digital agencies to integrate localization services, expanding global reach for mutual clients.
  2. Pipeline Growth and Revenue Generation
    Collaborate with partners to uncover localization opportunities within their client networks, driving joint sales efforts to accelerate revenue growth.
  3. Partner Acquisition and Onboarding
    Recruit, onboard, and align new partners with the companys strategic goals, ensuring they are well-integrated into sales processes.
  4. Partner Enablement and Training
    Design and deliver training programs to equip partners with the knowledge and tools needed to sell effectively and integrate localization services.
  5. Joint Marketing and Co-Branding
    Work with marketing teams to execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events that promote the value of integrated localization solutions.
  6. Sales Strategy Development
    Develop customized sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams and partners to drive product adoption and revenue.
  7. Performance Tracking and Optimization
    Monitor partner performance using KPIs (e.g., referral volume, co-sell opportunities, and revenue impact) and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  8. System and Process Setup
    Develop and maintain a centralised partner portal to streamline onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and reward distribution.
  9. Market Trend Analysis and Reporting
    Analyse market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that strengthen partner relationships and market positioning.
  10. Incentive and Reward Management
    Implement tiered commission structures and performance-based bonuses to motivate partners and drive continuous growth.
