Hiring for HINDI Non Voice Process!

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail- oriented individuals for a Domestic Hindi Non Voice Process. The role involves handing customer queries and providing support through Chat, Email, or other test- based platforms in HINDI. The ideal communication skills in HINDI and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through Chat, Email, or other non- voice channels in HINDI
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, efficient, and timely response
• Resolve customer issues by proving appropriate solution and alternatives
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases with details of inquires, complaints, and feedback.
• Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in written Hindi and English
• Strong typing speed with accuracy
• Good comprehension and problem- solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Patience and a customer- focused approach.

Work Specifics:

• Graduation is a must
• Fresher and 6 months experienced candidates both can Apply
• Willing to work for 6 Days / Rotational Week Off
• 8 Hours Shift- Rotational Shift
• One way cab (drop) will be provided
• Language - Hindi Mandatory with English Communication
• Salary - 21k CTC/ 17K Take home
• Location - Ambattur- Ambit IT Park, Chennai.
