Production & Operations Manager

We are hiring Production & Operations Manager for Bangalore Location

Experience : 5- 12 years

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Employment: Full Time

Salary: 250000 - 800000 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• relevant experience in the event industry as a production resource
• Serve as a primary point of contact for all event regarding queries, maintaining strong relationships with the clients and make sure that the expectations are met
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that the events run smoothly from beginning to end
• Oversee the entire event production process and not limited to venue selection, vendor management, budget, logistics and on-site execution
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers and securing best possible rates and terms
• Stay up-to-date with the industry norms, trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and development

What We Expect From You

• experience with event planning and production
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, as an individual and a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented person with creative problem-solving ability

Should have knowledge about MS tools
