Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from leading institutions.
  
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention within the organization.
  
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of employee documents and attendance.
  
• Provide generalist support in areas such as performance management systems (PMS), leave management, salary processing, administration support etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of HR administration principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
