Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. The Business Analyst will contribute to the success of our projects by leveraging analytical skills, industry knowledge, interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Apply SDLC methodologies for effective project planning and execution.
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and create BRDs.
• Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Understand and work on data models, process flows, and data mappings.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and validate solutions.
• Strong skills in flow charts, detailed documentations such as BRD, FRD is mandatory.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with relevant project management tools, software tools and technologies.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Must track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Present findings, progress updates, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define and execute test plans, collaborating to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, monitoring progress and identifying risks
• Possessing proficiency in multiple languages, both spoken and written, constitutes a valuable advantage.
• MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/ G suite proficiency.
• Experience in coding will be an added advantage.
